ESKAPE line-up

Lit: met so far. Gold edge: resists the wrong drugs. E. coli joins as a bonus.

Waves 1–3: meet the six ESKAPE pathogens and E. coli. Amoxicillin kills them all for now.
Waves 4–10: one pathogen per wave starts resisting. Its coloured dot shows the drug, which unlocks if you need it.
Waves 11–13: MRSA, ESBL Klebsiella and CRAB bosses. Two hits each.
Combination therapy: a few bugs each wave carry a capsule. Shoot one and catch the capsule for 10 seconds of twin syringes. Your last two drugs fire together, wrong-drug darts pass by harmlessly, and the second syringe takes one hit for you.
Wave 14 on: resisted hits divide and the copy dives at you.
Scoring: narrowest drug +100, double on divers. Broad drug +40 and pressure up; colistin counts double.
Hits: each toxin or ramming bug adds 0.5 °C. 40.0 °C ends the game.
